Inauguration of Natac Biotech's new plant in Hervás

The new Hervás factory of Natac is almost ready to start production! This multi-product factory has involved an investment of 13.5 million euros.

The factory in Hervás will produce plant extracts, both from botanical species known in the region such as olives and grapes, as well as from species cultivated in distant geographical areas, such as rhodiola, originally from Siberia.

ARRAM Consultores has managed the overall management of the project, including the drafting and processing of this aid dossier, which has been granted a 37% non-refundable subsidy. Incentivos Regionales has approved Natac Biotech a non-refundable subsidy of 3.8 million euros, which has been used to develop its new project. This plant will create 25 jobs. The factory will make use of plants and agricultural waste to create extracts (powdered preparations) used in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and animal feed products, among others.
