Urban planning procedures

The Plenary of the City Council of Badajoz in session held on 25 July 2022, adopted an agreement for the initial approval of the specific modification of the detailed planning of the General Municipal Plan that affects blocks 3 and 7 of SUB-EE-8.3.

The specific modification consists of allowing the shared use of plots by different commercial firms in Blocks 03 and 07 of Sector SUB-EE-8.3. In Sector SUB-EE-8.3 the use of plots by different commercial firms is currently permitted for the Special Conditions identified with the number 2 and 4; on the other hand, they are not permitted for Special Conditions nº 1 and nº 3. This Sector is made up of the northern area of Sector SUP-E.7 (Partial Plan for the Expansion of "El Nevero") under development prior to the final approval of the Revision of the P.G.M. in 2007. Special Condition nº 3 applies to Block 07 and Special Conditions nº 3 and nº 6 to Block 03.

The use of Blocks 03 and 07 of Sector SUB-EE-8.3, materialised in the corresponding Reparcel of land that has been derived from the urbanisation of the area, is as follows:

◦ Block 03: 15 plots with industrial use.
◦ Block 07: 9 plots with industrial use.

The promoter of this specific modification has been the company ANJANA INVERSIONES SIGLO XXI SL , with the advice of de ARRAM Consultores SL until the final approval of the same before the competent Bodies.
