In ARRAM Consultores SL we are committed to sustainability: BREEAM as an international certificate of sustainable construction.

#breeam is a certification method that rates the sustainability of buildings by evaluating their performance in a wide range of environmental, social and economic aspects.
It promotes more sustainable construction that results in savings, health and environmental benefits for all those involved in the life of a building (users, developers, owners, managers, etc.) while communicating the company's Corporate Social Responsibility to society and the market in an unequivocal and easily perceptible way.
The certificate improves the functionality, flexibility and durability of buildings, providing greater health and comfort for those who live, work or use the building; greater profitability for those who construct, operate or maintain it; and a notable reduction in its impact on the environment.
 
That is why we are proud and excited to say that one of our objectives is sustainable construction and for this reason we have a sustainability department in our team with an officially recognised BREEAM ES Advisor for new construction, who will accompany and guide our clients throughout the design and construction process, helping us to achieve the objectives set.
